• Customers are encouraged to buy together to get a discount on a special product or service, called mecho goodies
• mecho goodie promotions are only open to mecho subscribers who are Australian residents over 18 years old unless stated otherwise.
• mecho subscribers need to express interest to purchase product/service via the relevant mecho goodie promotional page via “Leave A Comment” by using their same email address as already registered in mecho database.
• Any unrecognised email-addresses not registered in mecho database are invalid and will not count towards the minimum Customers required for the special offer.
• If minimum Customers not reached on mecho goodie promotional page once promotion closed = no special offer and Customers are not required to purchase as they only expressed interest to buy at special offer.
• Offer is activated once the minimum numbers of Customers are reached within the promotional period; mecho contact each Customer within 24 hours to redeem offer.
• Customer payments are made directly to the Advertised Businesss (not mecho)
• As Customer, you must have the financial ability to purchase goods or service via various forms including credit card, direct debit, cash or PayPal as agreed between Customer and Advertised Business.
• As a Customer, you create a legally binding contract with a the advertised business when you enter a transaction.
• Please read the full Terms & Conditions of the advertised business in regards to refund, replacement, exchange, return policy, warranty, insurance and delivery.
• Failure to settle a transaction within the appropriate time frame may result in legal action being filed from the Advertised Business.
• mecho takes no responsibility or liability of advertised business products/service of quality, stock availability, warranty, refunds, cancellations and others issues between Customer and the Advertised Business.
• Any disputes or complaints which can not be resolved directly with the advertised business can be escalated to Department of Fair Trading or Australian consumer protection law accc.gov.au
• mecho reserves the right to cancel promotions/offers at anytime.
• Feedback and comments of promotion itself can be forwarded via Contact Us on mecho website.

o Honest and fair duty of care to our mecho customers
o Products/Goods: Full detail descriptions, they must be brand new condition with full Australian warranty and retail packaging.
o Service: Full detail description of offer, any exclusion periods and expiry date.
o Indicate if availability for local Customers in same city only or Australia-wide.
o Indicate if Customers are required to pick up product/redeem service in person or if delivery is provided by Advertised Businessfor free or at additional cost.
• Advertised business to state your Policy on refund, faults, replacement, exchange, return policy, product warranty period, insurance/delivery/ Freight cost and other fees.
• Advertised Business to confirm stock minimum stock availability during promotion period.

• Advertised Business to resolve disputes directly with Customers via Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
• mecho takes no responsibility or liability of Advertised Business products/service of quality, stock availability, warranty, refunds, cancellations and others issues between Customer and advertised business.
