About the event
Taste of Sydney Festival (Thu 12- Sun 15th March 2009 at Centennial Park) is the ultimate new food & drink event, a stunning celebration of the best cuisine that the city and its surroundings have to offer. Over four days, sample and enjoy a selection of signature dishes from 15 top Sydney Restaurants
Rub shoulders with award winning chefs and like minded foodies as you explore the best food and drink in Sydney. Be entertained and see country’s top chefs demonstrating their talents, expert-led wine and beer tutorials, hundreds of like minded socialites and a lively musical backdrop.
The signature food dishes are purchased with “Crowns” – the festival currency which can also be used to buy wines, champagnes and beers. Each dish will cost between 8-14 Crowns ($8 – $14).
