Nintendo Wii Fit

Have you been overindulging lately? Get off the couch and try to burn the extra kilos away at home! The guys at Nintendo have done it again, first it was the highly addictive Wii Sports game now the latest fitness title is Nintendo Wii Fit with about 40 different excercise activities such as yoga, push ups, skiing, balance games and more.

You can even pick your own cute personal trainer, male or female. The bundle package includes the unique Wii balance board which measures your body mass index (BMI). Not really sure how much the games really do to your muscles as we still think nothing really beats a real hardcore work-out. However, the training mode definitely increases your awareness of your body posture, balance and things you probably need to work on.

Have you tried the Nintendo Wii Fit, is it the real deal or just another fitness fad?
