Canon digital cameras just released its 2009 fashion collection of the IXUS digital camera. Continuing in its stylish line of slim and pocket-friendly compact cameras, we would definitely fancy being seen with one of these to any event.

The 2009 Canon IXUS range boasts a light weight compact body, new technology of 12.1 megapixel sensor, intelligent auto, DiG!C 4 image processor, HD movie recording (1280 x 720 30fps) and our favourite feature, the blink detection warning signal. Why didn’t they think of this earlier? Your friends might even consider keeping that photo tag of them on Facebook from now on where they don’t look half dazed or passed out!

There are four stylish IXUS cameras to suit your personality. The stand out from the 2009 range is the Canon IXUS 100 IS which has a beautifully curved body in four metallic colours to choose from (silver, black, gold or red). It features a 2.5″ LCD screen and weighs 110grams.

The Canon IXUS 110 IS features a 28mm wide angle lens which is great for party group shots and holiday landscape snaps and available in four different colours. Top of range is Canon IXUS 990 IS with a 5x optical zoom lens (37mm – 185mm), larger 3″ LCD screen and available in silver. The baby in the family is the affordable Canon IXUS 95 with 10 mega pixels, 3 optical zoom and available in five cute colour options.
