Apple Magic Mouse
For all iMac users out there, the Apple Magic Mouse has arrived without buttons or scroller… The new wireless device is the world’s first multi-touch mouse with a surface in hard acrylic top. It allows you to use it in familiar ways – scroll in any direction with one finger, swipe through web pages and photos with two, and click and double-click anywhere. It is apparently intelligent enough to know when you are just resting your hand on it. The powerful laser tracking is also said to be more sensitive and responsive on more surfaces than traditional optical tracking which surely will help reduce some common frustrations.
As regular PC-users, we have not test-driven the mouse and don’t know how effective and comfortable the mouse actually is to use but we thought a world’s first is always worth a mention. Besides we think the design is stylish. With the world divided into Mac users and PC users, we hope to hear some hands-on reviews from the other side soon.
Apple Magic Mouse comes standard with every new iMac and can also be added to any Bluetooth-enabled Mac.
