Robyn music video 3D x Twitter
Having lived away from Sweden for a while, I now and then try to stay in the loop of the Swedish music industry but instead of trying to familiarise myself with a new artist this time, I am quite delighted to see Robyn back on everyone’s lips. Staying ahead of the curve, she has launched a 3D music video via Twitter with tweet feeds of her new track “Don’t Fucking Tell Me What To Do…”

The website is an interactive space written entirely in code including content feeds from fans via Twitter. The beginning of the video features words from the song representing what is killing her, e.g. drinking, smoking, shopping etc and in the second half of the song, the website feeds in tweets from fans in the left-hand corner with the hash tag #killingme. Not sure if you have any 3D glasses lying around as you will need those to get the full effect… It is still an entertaining experience to hear the sounds and view the stream of confessions coming through although it is slowly brainwashing, if not killing me…
Creds go to Blip Boutique, Stopp Web for the concept, Creative Director Mary Fagot, Project Manager Thomas Björk, Developer Carl Calderon and Designer Jakob Nylund.
@robynkonichiwa Love your style! Your f*cking video is #killingme
