Nissan 370Z
The new 2010 model Nissan 370Z sports car has shaped up over summer, it is wider, lighter and lower. Exterior design features 18″ alloys, headlights and tail lights inspired by the boomerang. The rear quarter window takes inspiration from the original 1970 Datsun 240Z car, one of the most wanted cars in history. It has been re-designed to include aluminium alloy body panels which makes the car 150kg lighter than the previous 350Z model. The “baby Godzilla” performance is powered by a 3.7L VQ V6 engine with 245kW of grunt! The Nissan 370Z was also road tested on the infamous Nurburgring circuit, Autobhan in Germany.
The interior looks like a luxurious and modern cockpit with instrument cluster, kidney shaped steering wheel, anti-slip sport leather seats, aluminium knobs, 7″ sat navigation system plus 8-speakers Bose audio system. Available in 7-speed automatic and SynchroRev Match manual transmission, which is the worlds first synchronised downshift rev matching system. Keep your eyes out for the soft-top convertible Roadster coming later this year.
Is the new Nissan 370Z a poor man’s Porsche or “bang for your bucks” sports V6 coupe?
