Les Ateliers Ruby helmets

Many of us can probably admit to have been stupidly vain as young kids and refused to wear a helmet when riding the bike to school as it was perceived as uncool. We have become a bit more sensible with age although our vanity still remains. Now, there is no excuse with all great designs available although not everyone can afford the most luxurious styles…

Les Ateliers Ruby helmets are only for those who can afford matching exclusive accessories with their trendy scooter or designer bike in the city. The stylish and artistic helmet designs are said to be inspired by Steve McQueen, science fiction, mechanical beauty and traditional French luxury. Designer Jerôme Coste’s first collection focused on open-face scooter helmets, the retro-cool Pavillon. The new Ruby range makes no compromises on safety. All Ruby helmets use carbon fibre to combine strength with low weight with the chrome strip around the edge, steel coat of arms, and lined inside with nappa lambskin.

The Belvedere is the latest addition in the range in retro-futuristic design with a visor to cover the whole face. Each helmet comes in the traditional red Ruby box with three interchangeable visors: transparent, smoked and intermediate. There is also a series of limited edition helmets with interpretation from various artists from various backgrounds available in the Ruby range.
