2009 Ikea Catalogue
The launch of the new 2009 IKEA catalogue was held at Simmer in the Bay down at Walsh Bay, Sydney last week with the pier warehouse re-decorated into a visual showcase of IKEA’s ethnographic study of the Australian people and their homes. “The way you live everyday that’s how houses become homes” is the theme and big focus this year.
The new 376 page catalogue is 99 pages thicker than last year and is the first one ever to actually be printed in Australia. Covering home essentials; furniture, outdoor, bedroom, kitchen, living, dining, sofa, couches, office plus more. We are look forward to keeping a close look on what comes out from this Swedish furniture giant. Skål!

anyone else have a lovehate relationship with ikea? yeah its nice style to low price but the shop is so evilly layed out that no matter how much you avoid to buy anything you still end up with a truckload of stuff that you also have to put together yourself!? my girlfriend loves the catalogue by the way… i do to actually.. haha

Yeh nathan, I always end up buying something! last time i was planning to buy some candles and end up leaving the shop with a new sofa bed! plus a hotdog and softserve! hehehe

Danielle, the link in the article goes straight to an online version of the catalogue (if you want to save some trees) but I saw that you can also order it online from IKEA: http://www.spend-less-live-more.com/catalogueorder/
