Zimmermann Swimwear Cruise 2009-2010

Zimmerman Swimwear is rolling in-stores from the catwalks as a fresh ocean wave. Although it is still a bit too cold for us in Sydney to take a dip in the ocean, get your imagination racing and hot looks ready with these images from the Zimmermann Cruise 2009/2010 swimwear collection.

The new collection caters for all kinds of women within the 2010 trends we were exposed to during RAFW of cutaway bikinis or monokinis, single-shouldered pieces, side-tie briefs, halter-necks, strapless and more. As well as their signature cool sophistication, there are bold colours and ethnic prints as well as summer floral patterns from risqué femme fatale to innocent flirty girl. It all feels very fresh and fun with the range of playful choices.

The Australian fashion label which started over 16 years ago by the Zimmermann sisters has grown and stayed true to its original vision: sophisticated femininity, strong silhouettes, clever colour combinations, delicate original prints with an eye for quality fabrics and unique cuts. Whilst we are getting updates of Summer fun from friends holidaying in the Mediterranean right now, we are now looking forward to our own Aussie summer to get started. We also fancy the idea that the swimwear can be extended into pool-party or evening cocktail wear…
