This is Genevieve Spring Summer 2010-11

This is Genevieve Spring/Summer 2010-11 is a true collection of dreams – it’s like a heated romance taking inspiration from the song ‘There is a Light That Never Goes Out’ by The Smiths. The light of love which shines on us through fear, romance and anticipation and most of all excitement when we fall in love for the first time, illuminates the entire fashion collection.

The dreamy collection comes with an edge, from silky tops, flattering dresses and skirts to pirate pants, highwaist denim shorts, tie-knot shirts and bikinis. Focusing on swim, and featuring a magical selection of tropical key prints including animal scales, traditional ikat, paint splatter and brush strokes, the range takes us to a dreamy island spot far, far away. The colour palette for the collection features navy, cream, pastels and amethyst orchid, all woven together with classic vintage denim and comfortable clogs. With style names like ‘My Happiness’ and ‘Strangers in the wind’, we can’t help to feel fuzzy all over and start dreaming about hot summer days!
