Oscar Mimosa is a new Australian fashion label for Yoga and Pilates with edgy designs in Andy Warhol pop bright colours of electric blue, hot pink and atomic orange. The eco-friendly premium Italian fabrics hold vibrant colours, offer UV protection and designed specifically for sweating and intense body movements. The first collection “Hot Neon Lights” launched in September 2009 and was designed first and foremost for Bikram, Vinyasa (Power) Yoga and Pilates. The designs are still suitable for any yoga, the beach, gym work and dance – yeah, for any active lifestyle really.

Sydney-based designer Sarah Harte is the founder of Oscar Mimosa and a regular practitioner of Bikram Yoga. The sleek designs combine high-end fashion with active wear and swim wear while ensuring comfort and durability. Developed and produced in Italy specifically for swim wear and active wear, the fabric is made using a high quality combination of special performance micro fibres, which ensures it has excellent opaqueness, UV protection, durability, resistance and is light-weight. It is a new system of innovative, versatile and high performance fibres for quick drying and comfort.
