Founded by its head designer Heida Birgisdottir and friends, Nikita started 10 years ago in a tiny skate/streetwear shop in downtown Reykjavik, Iceland. Today, the street and sports action label is available in selected stores in over 30 countries around the world. The Spring/Summer 2010 collection was inspired by everything from Native American tribal patterns to European street art, but mainly it is Icelandic street fashion. The collection is bursting in colour and these are just some samples from the photo shoot in Miami.
