We were pleased to be among the first to personally congratulate Brisbane-based Jaime Beattie at Fashion Exposed in Sydney earlier this year for her 2008/09 Spring Summer Collection being awarded Best Accessory Collection - Debut 2008. Her fashion accessories come in bold, loud colourful patterns with a retro feel inspired by fond childhood memories of the 1970’s/80’s, things found, amazing fabrics, Scandinavian design, Japanese craft (zakka), and traditional sewing techniques.

Jaime herself is a great inspiration by leaving her job as property lawyer and setting her creativity and dreams loose as a designer.
