Non-for-profit Pause Fest 2011 started on November 7 and is currently happening until the 13th. Each year, Pause Fest showcases a unique blend of international and national agencies and artists that produce 3D, animation, VFX, motion graphics, interactive, digital and multi-touch installations and anything that moves. Three Sixty Project launches ONE x ONE x ONE, a travelling public art exhibition is raising funds to fuel projects that benefit underdeveloped youth markets globally. Heading to three of Australia’s skateboard capitals Sydney (13 Oct), Melbourne (18 Oct) and the Gold Coast (28 Oct), and with artwork curated in a collaborative effort by Qwux (Rah Collective), Josh Thorsen (Kid9) and Just Another Agency, the show will exhibit 55 skateboard artworks designed by a range of prolific Australian artists including Ben Brown, Bennett, Rebecca Murphy, Mr Singh, Cupco, Mia Taninaka and James Jirat Patradoon, of which when sold, all profits will go into youth community projects.
